On November 6, 7, and 8, the XLVI Latin American Conference on Aeronautical and Space Law was held, as well as the XV International Congress organized by the Latin American Association of Aviation Law, in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Our partner Francisco Prat was invited to speak about aircraft agreements and operational flexibility and, in addition, to share an overview of the institutionality in space matters in Chile. It was a great opportunity to share experiences with other prominent lawyers in the region.
A special thanks to Dr. Roxana Corbran, and to the entire organizing committee, for the success of the Conference.
We are also happy to have received the book of the 2023 Conference and to proudly see two of our associates Martín Fernández and Martin Turner as authors of an article on the regulation of RPAS (drones) in Chile!
