As part of the XLV Latin American Conference on Aeronautical and Space Law held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2024 the book was published, which includes a research article written by two associates from our firm: Martín Fernández and Martín Turner.
The article analyzes the current Chilean regulation on RPAs (drones), its particularities, challenges, and proposed changes, as well as providing a comparison with foreign legislation and examples of successful projects outside of Chile.
